Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing to Rachel Garrison at Rachel.garrison@buckheadchurch.org and confirmed with a response email from her. If the cancellation is made between Friday, August 14 and Sunday, September 6, you will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made between Monday, September 7th and Monday, September 21st you will receive and 80% refund. Any cancellations sent after Monday, September 21st will receive no refund of any kind!
Weather Cancellation Policy
NPCC, BBCC, and BC have your child’s safety in mind as we have events. If we are forced to cancel and event due to weather conditions, full refunds cannot be given unless NPCC, BBCC, and BC are refunded for event cost by properties and/or locations we have reserved.
Natural Disasters/Act of Terror Policy
In the event of a natural disaster or act of terror that cancels the event, we will be unable to return your full balance. We purchase equipment, food, and rent non-refundable facilities based on your registrations. Please be advised that if the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or act of terror, we cannot refund your balance.
