Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must sent in writing to Megan Gross at megan.gross@northpoint.org and confirmed with a response email from her. If the cancellation is made between Friday, April 3, and Sunday, May 17, you will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made between Monday, May 18, and Monday, June 8, you will receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be made after Monday, June 8!

Weather Cancellation Policy
NPCC, BBCC, and BC have your child’s safety in mind. If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather conditions, full refunds cannot be given unless NPCC, BBCC, and BC are refunded for event costs by properties and/or locations we have reserved.
Natural Disaster/Act of Terror Policy
Please be advised that if an event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or an act of terror, we cannot refund your full payment. We purchase equipment/food and rent non-refundable facilities based on your registrations.
